Every company made a truck in the 60s, but the Chevy C10 seemed to have won the most hearts. When Chevy debuted the C10 pickup, it was a big improvement over the tractors that preceded it. It sat lower in the frame, and the IFS (on 2WD models) made it handle better, and easier to drive. Each year brought slight changes, from engines, to nicer interiors or upscale option packages.
