An excerpt from the VoIP Hurricane Net activation for Hurricane Maria, recorded around 1045pm EDT on Monday, September 18, 2017.
The clip contains several Amateur Radio Operator reports as relayed from Frans van Santbrink-J69DS on the island of St Lucia from 4 Amateur Radio Operators in the island of Dominica. 3 of the 4 operators are in Roseau Dominica with the 4th Amateur Radio Operator that lost his antenna tower and weather station in Portsmouth Dominica.
Imagery in the background is taken from the TEST, non-operational GOES-16 satellite feed.
