This PET bottle pre-washing machine is designed to pre-wash PET bottles and other plastic bottles before crushing, while also removing most thermoplastic labels such as shrink sleeves, reducing label contamination early in the recycling line.

📌 How it solves a real recycling problem
Kinds of dirty sticking on the bottle bodies or mixing with the waste plastic bottles, for example, sands, soil, mud and some metals, etc, if they are fed into crusher machine together with the plastic bottles, the blades of crushers will be broken or blunt quickly. If choose a pre-washing machine, such dirties can be flushed out from the screen holes efficiently while the high speed friction washing by the rotor with paddles, it can bring good protection to the following crushers and other washing machines.
Thermoplastic labels (shrink sleeves) do not break down easily in crushers. If you crush bottles with labels on, the labels turn into sticky fibers that clog screens and reduce output quality. By installing a pre-washer before the crusher, you remove most labels while bottles are still intact – making the entire line more efficient.
🔁 Typical position in a recycling line:
Bale breaker → Pre-washer → Crusher → Friction washer → Hot washer → Rinsing → Dewatering → Drying
