INGREDIENTS
Mangoes - 280 grams
Warm milk - 35 milliliters
Saffron -1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 50 grams
Milk Powder - 100 grams
Coconut - 40 grams
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Almonds - 1 tablespoon
Cashews - 1 tablespoon
Pistachios - 1 tablespoon
Silver leaf - 2
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 280 grams mangoes and blend it well to make a smooth puree.
2. Keep aside.
3. In a small bowl, add 35 milliliters warm milk, 1/4 teaspoon saffron and mix well.
4. Soak for 20 minutes.
5. In a pan, add blended mango puree and cook for 5-7 minutes.
6. Now, add 50 grams sugar and cook for another 10-12 minutes it melts properly.
7. Then, add soaked saffron milk and mix it well.
8. Add 100 grams powder milk, 40 grams coconut and cook for 12-15 minutes.
9. Add 1 tablespoon ghee and mix.
10. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and stir well.
11. Cook for 8-10 minutes on moderate heat.
1. Remove the pan from heat.
13. Cool for 10 minutes.
14. Place the mixture on a parchment paper, press it with the help of a spatula.
15. Now, place another parchment paper on it and flatten it with the help of a roller.
16. Remove the parchment paper from above, sprinkle some chopped almonds, cashews and pistachios.
17. Flatten it again with roller.
18. Now, slowly roll it with the help of a parchment paper.
19. Then, place it on 2 silver leaf and roll again.
20. Wrap it in a plastic film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
21. Remove the plastic film and cut it into circular pieces.
22. Serve.
