And on your third deep breath that you take, as you take it and fill your whole body, then you let it out slowly, you will start to feel the presence of your Guardian Angel, with its arms wrapped around you and its wings as well. Your Guardian Angel will be soothing you, helping you to sleep. Helping you to relax.
