There's a lot going on that wasn't happening two months ago and it's happening so quickly. People cannot not notice, wakko, life is really different today than it was six months ago. So, so, in that moment, if we just get afraid and blame it on the world and get angry and lash out or get a get fearful and collapse. We're not really benefiting from this life experience the way we could be instead if we would realize that these circumstances that are happening are bringing up fear inside of me. I need to come present to that fear and see what it's about, because we're made of everything we're made of the entire cosmos there's nothing to be afraid of. We're going to exist forever. we've always been existing, you know, spirituality has been teaching us you're an eternal being and science is now saying you're made of energy and science also says energy cannot be created or destroyed, it's only just rearranged or vibrating at different frequencies, but it exists all the time. We are that energy, we will exist all the time. We're in a panic freaking out about. Am I going to be okay. Am I going to be safe. And it's all because we've been externally oriented and believing that the outer world is in charge, and it isn't in charge of my internal experience. .."
