63rd Horseless Carriage Holiday Motor Excursion (2018) - Drive-Ins

One of the highlights of the year, and a great close to the 2018 car show season is the Holiday Motor Excursion, hosted by the Horseless Carriage Car Club of America, Southern California Chapter (HCCA Socal). This event is one of the most unique in that we get to see some of the rarest and unusual cars of the pre-war era, particularly those made before 1932. Pre-1932 stock/original cars have the chance to go on the HCCA tour after the meet-up. while other classics and hot rods show up to admire the horseless carriages.

This year, the show once again changed locations. This year's meet-up was pretty difficult to shoot photos and video, because of a tight and crowded new location in a corporate parking lot. Cars waiting to get in lined up outside the lot, which was a little dangerous considering that New York Drive in Pasadena is quite a busy street, but the cars that showed up, both pre and post-1932, were incredible as usual.
