► ABOUT
Whats good guys. Today we are going to be looking at the difference between trading and investing, within the financial markets and stock market. They are two very common terms that a lot of beginners get mixed up with. So i will be going through exactly what they mean, how they differ and why its so important to understand whether or not you are a trader or investor.
There are different forms of trading, including: Day-trading (taking advantage of intra day opportunities, or buying and selling all in the same day to turn a profit), Swing trading (taking advantage or overnight or longer opportunities and fluctuations), and position trading which is slightly longer term (finding opportunities that could come good after months or even years). Many traders can make a serious living out of this, however it is not with out risk.
With investing, the general idea is to buy shares in investments that you see genuine value in over a long period of time, therefor you feel comfortable investing you money into them. There may be fluctuations along the way but the focus is on finding long term winners that will increase in value over time.
I will also explain exactly what it is i do...
So hopefully this is useful to you guys in understanding the difference and also how my strategy works. As with anything, the quicker the opportunity is to make high profits, the greater the risk is.
I hope you enjoy the video and make sure to like and subscribe for more.
And as always do let me know your thoughts down in the comments.
