Whether building global teams or working with medium businesses and entrepreneurs, Ken has an ability to quickly identify and deconstruct the key issues and effectively drive towards value. In his deep experience, he has launched products to market, built and scaled global analytic and off-shore functions, delivered measurable marketing impact to global sales teams in the $100Ms, transformed and reinvented a Marketing organization improving retention and LTV in double digits, been recipient of an ANA Genius Award for ground-breaking work in CX at events - which enabled through its prize the sponsorship of a student program in analytics at a community college - and has consulted, advised and shepherded dozens of clients on being more customer-centric, analytically-oriented and growth-focused.

Ken shares his experience and stays current on Customer, Marketing and Analytic topics through teaching MBA courses at Babson College and speaking, writing and mentoring.
