Butler Eagle Readers' Choice Awards (The Penn Theater)

On March 12, 2026, we visited the Penn Theater for The Butler Eagle’s Readers Choice Awards, a celebration of the top businesses and organizations in Butler County. We asked attendees what it’s like to live and work in Butler, and what they hope for the community’s future.

This listening session is part of Future Pittsburgh+, a community engagement initiative that invites residents across southwestern Pennsylvania to share perspectives on their communities and how they learn what’s happening in them. The project is supported by a grant from the Collaborative Journalism Resource Hub at Montclair State University.
