Allegion acquires DCI Hollow Metal on Demand

Allegion plc (NYSE:ALLE) has acquired DCI Hollow Metal on Demand, a manufacturer of custom hollow metal doors and frames based in the Los Angeles area. This acquisition strengthens Allegion's mechanical portfolio and expands its presence on the West Coast, operating within Allegion's Americas segment. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and DCI's CEO Bob Briggs will serve in an advisory role during the transition.
