Sunkist Citrus Green Juice
Ingredients:
1 Sunkist Navel Orange
1/2 Sunkist Lemon
1 Handful Of Spinach
1/2 Apple
1/2 Cucumber

Preparation:
Using a citrus juicer, squeeze the juice out of both halves of the orange into your blender cup.
Do the same with your lemon half.
Add your spinach.
Chop your apple and cucumber into cubes to make it easier to blend them.
Blend for roughly 15 seconds.
Using a strainer, pour the blend into a glass to remove the pulp. Use a spatula to force the remainder of the blend through the strainer and into your glass.

Orange Banana Bread (Add Sunkist orange zest to ingredients/instructions)

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
Sunkist Cara Cara Orange Zest
3 Bananas (Mashed)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix oil and sugar. Add egg and stir.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Grate roughly a tablespoon of the Sunkist orange peel into your bowl.
Add mashed bananas and pour into floured/waxed pan.
Bake for 1 hour - test with toothpick.

Spiced Chickpea Stew With Sunkist Lemon

Sunkist Citrus Salmon

Ingredients:
Salmon
A splash of olive oil
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 Sunkist lemon (2 sliced, the rest to juice)
Salt
Veggies of your choice

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Chop up your veggies and set them aside in your baking pan.
Add the olive oil, dijon mustard and chopped garlic cloves to a small mixing bowl. Squeeze part of the Sunkist lemon into the mixing bowl and stir the ingredients to create a paste.
Pour the paste onto your salmon, covering it completely. Top with Sunkist lemon slices.
Drizzle olive oil on your veggies and season with some salt to taste.
Squeeze the rest of your Sunkist lemon on the salmon.
