It's been over 9 months since I had surgery on my elbow for osteochondritis dissecans. And now it's been about a week since I found out that I have a broken bone in my right foot. Trying to keep moving forward with my uneven bars training. I did accidentally kick the low bar in this video, but luckily, it was my left foot!
