How to re-decal a pinball machine, well my method anyway!

I don't know if this will be any use to anyone, I guess it will either convince you to have a go and re-decal your own machine or think bugger that I'm not touching it! Sorry it's so long but it was difficult trying to get 3 days work cut down any more than this, hopefully I haven't missed anything too important!
