The songwriter borrows from the true Kashmiri optimism of the "Bagwaan" (gardener) and appeals to the childlike human amidst all those who are away from home (emotionally or otherwise) to collectively believe in the bright possibilities of tomorrow. To march merrily and joyfully to their cherished homeland (Chinaron ke gharo) and to outline a promising future.
