Teardown of a Kenwood TH-D72 and Replacement of Speaker

My Kenwood TH-D72 radio's speaker stopped responding but the earpiece still worked, so I suspected the speaker was bad. In this video I tear down the TH-D72 and show how to test and replace the speaker.
