I built a REAL DIY PID controller with ESP32 & DC Motor

In this video I build a real DIY PID control system using an ESP32 Super Mini, DC gear motor, DRV8833 motor driver, potentiometers, and a 0.96" OLED display. This project helped me understand how PID tuning actually works in real life by controlling a motor position with live feedback.

The system includes:

* Real closed-loop position control
* P, I, and D tuning potentiometers
* OLED live PID monitoring
* Feedback potentiometer for motor position
* Auto left/right movement mode
* DRV8833 motor driver control
* ESP32 programming with Arduino IDE

You can visually see how P, I, and D values affect the movement, stability, overshoot, and responsiveness of the motor in real time. Perfect project for learning PID control, robotics, automation, Arduino, and ESP32 motor systems.

Components used:

* ESP32 Super Mini
* DRV8833 Motor Driver
* DC Gear Motor
* 0.96" OLED SSD1306
* Potentiometers
* Push Button
* 3D Printed Parts

If you enjoy DIY electronics, ESP32 projects, robotics, and learning control systems, this project is for you.
