So glad you're here to decorate with me! I love making our home cozy for the holidays! Classic, timeless Christmas decor with a rustic flair is my favorite. APPLE CIDER HOT TODDIES:
- 1 gallon apple cider of your choice
- 1 carton Aspen mulling spices (I purchased on Amazon); if you don't have these, you can combine cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves and orange zest to substitute. - 1 lemon, slice, squeeze and add to the crockpot
- Chopped apples floating for looks
- Honey, we added about an 1/8 cup, but you can add to taste based on the sweetness of your cider.
- You can have these without alcohol or add your favorite bourbon or whiskey. Fireball whiskey is good with it as well. Turn on low for 4-5 hours or high for 1-2 hours to heat up.
