Chinese tech giant Huawei has been in the news a great deal recently, not least for the detention in Canada of its chief financial officer, which some are saying has political motives. Liu Xin discusses the legal aspects of the detention, and asked why so many countries are now putting up barriers against the use of Chinese 5G technology in their networks.
