In this HARD second edition of a Follow Along with bboy cardio conditioning workout video, we are using some new and fresh steps of breaking to make us even more sweaty when using some of the basic breaking fundamentals applied to a bboy version of HIIT.🔥

What's new in this Follow Along, bboy cardio workout & bboy conditioning drills video?
Apart from the new challenges these stamina testing drills put on the body, I have a whole new range of bboy step including all new top rock drills & even more bboy conditioning footwork steps and exercises!

We aren't playing games in this bboy workout, we are taking bboy conditioning up a level from the last one! Including harder footwork steps such as including steps like the baby swipes, 4 step, helicopter/coffee grinders which will encompass more of the swinging steps in breaking to make us work even harder.

Also, loads of new additions to this follow along for a real bboy cardio & bboy conditioning challenge are new top rock drills found nowhere else on the internet!

We can get even more challenging videos from this! We aren't at the highest level yet! Giving me some feedback on will help me tailor more videos like this for you guys!
