Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico welcomed the return of oil supplies through the Druzhba pipeline but warned that trust between the EU and Ukraine remains deeply damaged. Speaking in Bratislava, Fico said another disruption could worsen tensions, while also rejecting participation in the EU’s €90 billion Ukraine loan package. The remarks come after crude deliveries to Slovakia resumed following a pipeline dispute involving Ukraine, Hungary and Slovakia.
