Some of the most impressive temples on the island are: "the mother of temples" Besakih Temple which is the largest on the island, the famous Goa Gajah or Elephant Cave, the unique Tanah Lot located in the sea, known for its romantic sunset , the stunning and colorful Pura Danu Beratan in the lake Beratan, Pura Tirta Empul with its sacred waters, Pura Gunnung Kawi in a beautiful natural location, the small but picturesque Pura Samuan Tiga, the water-surrounded temple of the Royal Family- Pura Taman Ayun Mengwi and finally Uluwatu Temple built on the edge of the cliff with mesmerazing views of the Indian Ocean.

If you find time, it is worth a walk to the active volcano of the island to swim in the hot springs that surround it.
Bali is famous for its many waterfalls. Cool off with one of them like the fabulous Tegenungan Waterfall near Ubud.
Try the famous Luwak Coffee and of course you should not leave without seeing the famous Balinese dance Barong Dance.
A unique experience is the Elephant Ride where you can ride the elephants, feed them and swim with them!
Stay a few days for relaxation in the cosmopolitan Nusa Dua with luxury hotels and the golden beach and enjoy your swim in the Indian Ocean.
Also stay in Kuta which is the most touristic part of the island with a lot of people and sea ideal for surfing. Get a tattoo in one of the many stores it has. Enjoy the intense nightlife, try various local drinks and dance until the morning!
It's worth a day to visit Marine and Safari Park with lots of wildlife animals and stunning shows.
You can also visit Bali Bird Park where you will see many rare birds and unforgettable shows. Take pictures with them and you will leave with a wide smile!
You can also visit Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park on a beautiful walk and admire one of the largest statues in the world which can be seen from all over the island and is 10 times taller than the Statue of Liberty in U.S.A!!

Tips: For your travel, prefer the reliable Bluebird taxi or you can rent a car with a driver following your own program at a cost of about 30€ (40$) for 8 hours. Don't forget your sunscreen and mosquito repellent, but you should also have a raincoat with you!
