Mindfulness Project - Khon Kaen, Thailand - May 2019

My month at the Mindfulness Project was easily one of the most insightful and meaningful experiences of my life. It nourished the parts of my heart I hadn’t been tending to; it challenged the parts of me that were unidentified or intentionally unexplored.

I’m at a loss for words at the moment: at how much I love these people, and the depth of the things I’ve learned. So, for now, here’s some video footage or the lovely people I spent the month with.
