By partnering with the folks at The Enzweiler Building Institute for The Big Dig NKY, we are able to help raise awareness of the current labor shortage and skills gap in our industry. Through this initiative, we are able to empower the next generation of the trade by highlighting all of the tangible benefits of a career in heavy equipment.
