In this video, I have talked about the recent PCE updates given by the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators-CAPR due to COVID-19 pandemic.
1. 2009 Blueprint is to be used for reference while giving exams in 2020 until May-June 2021
The email I received from CAPR.

(As per the registration announcements, posted on May 4 and then an updated version on June 26: CAPR has made the difficult decision to delay the launch of the new examination blueprint until 2021. We expect the launch to occur in May 2021 for the Written Component and June 2021 for the Clinical Component. While we regret the delay of this important launch, we have been unable to safely and effectively execute critical standard-setting exercises during the pandemic. The delay of the launch will not impact the content, format or integrity of the PCE. The current (2009) blueprint is available on our website for candidate review.)

2. Remote Proctoring is now an option for PCE aspirants in 2020.

PCE candidates now have the option to complete the Written Component of the Physiotherapy Competency Exam through remote proctoring. CAPR has introduced this option to maximize access to the Written Component during the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.

The first exam to be offered through remote proctoring will take place on August 29, 2020, and remote proctoring will be available for all Written Component exam dates scheduled in 2020. Thanks to the recent loosening of public health restrictions in many jurisdictions, candidates who wish to complete the PCE Written Component in a traditional, “bricks and mortar” test centre, may do so. Remote proctoring is an alternative for candidates, not a requirement.
