COULD THIS BE THE BEST HYDRATING FULL COVERAGE FOUNDATION

Now you know that full coverage isn't necessarily my preference, but I had to try this foundation. One of the Pampered Wolf Pack told me about it, and asked me to review it, so I did a little research.....and on paper this foundation sounds like the Holy Grail....will it stand up to expectations though???

FURTHER INFORMATION
My skin type is combi/dry most of the month, but when hormonal, my skin gets very oily around my t-zone. It's very unpredictable (thanks skin) and I suffer from breakouts (mostly hormonal breakouts...thanks again hormones!)
