Understanding ADHD & Executive Function

Today’s video is based on a message posted by somebody on my instagram page, struggling with ADHD and executive dysfunction.

The message said:

“Can you do one on executive dysfunction and where you literally can't get anything done in the house. Adhd, no organisation, procrastination, task paralysis. Wanting to do stuff but can't, tidying, washing, cleaning, decorating etc overwhelmed with tasks end up doing none of it. All that lol xxx”
