I was hiking in Palangkaraya, it is the city in Indonesia just near to equator. I was lucky to find the DC3 monument on my way. I like that airplane and rpobably it was the best transport airplane in 1930s until 1950s. Many countries were using DC3 as main airplane for trooops and cargo transportation. Later many commercial airlines start their operations having DC3 airplane in their fleet. Airlines like PanAM KLM and Garuda-Indonesia.
