Make a Simple Forging Furnace Using Fire Extinguisher Cylinder - HOMEMADE FORGE

I made Practical Forging Furnace out of Fire Extinguisher, it is very simple but reliable method of making your own forge at home this is all DO IT YOURSELF Project. You just need an empty Fire Extinguisher Cylinder, Plaster of Paris, Steel wool or net and cow wool and you can start making Forging Furnace Simply by yourself.

Actually Fire Extinguisher Cylinder is very good to make 15 inches Furnace, its metal thickness is about 2mm and when we add Plaster of Paris in it and cow wool it gets more stronger and you can forge your desired steel in it.

Process you should follow:
o. Take an empty Cylinder and make a hole for burner (i hole lately) and cut it accordingly.
o. Then add Steel wool or Steel Net to prevent cracks and then add Plaster of Paris in it with help of pipe mold.
o. I used paint stripper to removing paint, you can directly sandblast it or use any other method to removing paint.
o. I welded a iron pipe into burner hole and welded angle stand and makes it smooth grind edges.
o. Then i painted it
o. And added Cow wool in it to get desired heat.
