How Acid Fume Scrubbing System Works: Revealed by EPP

Entire Pollution Control System for Acid Fume Scrubbing is a combination of Packed Bed Type Scrubbers, Ducting, Piping, centrifugal Exhaust Blowers and Stacks. This combination is perfect for most Chemical Plants where stacks of up to 1600mm diameter are required.

Material of construction for this system includes FRP Molded and filament wound using isopthalic, Bisphenol, Vinylester and Epoxy. PP & HDPE Spiral Wound.

EPP can design this system for a capacity of 100M3/hr to 1,00,000M3/hr

EPP Pickling Tank with the fume scrubbing system is a combination of Pickling Tank and Scrubbers with Hoods. The canopy type hoods of push-pull type or the lid type can be designed.

EPP also offers Composites Systems for Desalination of Plants and Stripper System for Water Treatment. These systems are designed as per the specifications of customers.
