The statement is false. So let's see, uh, the difference of 2 different filters. We're gonna compare a ramp filter and a Hanning filter. Let's say this is the original or the ground truth, uh, cross-section. You can, uh, Radon transform this image and reconstruct it, you know, calculate back what it was using the ramp filter, and you get a result that looks like this.

If you use Hanning filter, it would look like this. It's a very subtle difference, not a whole lot. But if you look at the ramp filter, uh, results, the border line or the, the line around the white circles look pretty sharp. It's a good resolution, but, um, the white circles look kind of gray, meaning that you have a little bit lowered contrast.

And because of that, you see a little bit of a noise level increased as well. On the other hand, the Hanning filter reconstr- reconstruction result has a little bit better contrast and less noise. However, the edge of those circles look a little bit blurred. So both the resolution and the contrast are affected by which filter you use.
