Arizona’s top court allows near-total 1864 abortion ban to go into effect

Arizona's Supreme Court has ruled a 160-year-old law banning abortions is enforceable.
With the state court dominated by Republicans, the decision is likely to set off a political storm in the US that could have implications for November's Presidential election.
