Minister Whining That Brexit Means Brexit

George Eustice, Environment Minister, has been complaining that brexit seems to be happening just as everyone who understood brexit said it would. In a letter to the EU Commission, he seems to be saying that he didn't know what brexit meant and that laws should be decided by foreign outsiders. Brexit seems to have no shame anymore, if it ever did.
