DIY Cute and Quick Scrap Fabric Necklace | Spoonflower

Get ready for the cutest, fastest project to refresh your wardrobe. This fabric necklace tutorial takes less than 30 minutes and can be made with a yard of scrap fabric. For this project, we're using Spoonflower's Cotton Spandex Jersey, but Modern Jersey works just as well. If you're not using Spoonflower fabric, anything with some stretch will work well.
