Tubing New Braunfels, Texas

New Braunfels has two major Rivers to choose from to Kayak, Tube, Paddleboard, swim, fish, whatever… the Comal and the Guadalupe. This is a short stretch of the Guadalupe from River Acres park to Cypress Bend park. It was a nice hot day with a high of 90°, the water felt great. Beautiful scenery and amazing homes along the River. The River was surprisingly deep at cypress bend, I’m 6’3” and could not touch the bottom even submerged. While tubing we saw plenty of people, turtles, decent sized fish, and two snakes.
