In this video I am taking you through my workout split/routine from Monday to Sunday during the lockdown here in Sydney (9 weeks and counting so far).

Most of these workouts are done with very minimal equipment, with a focus on low impact strength & body weight training such as pilates, handbalancing, core, upper body and glutes.

For equipment I've used are resistance bands, booty bands, a skipping rope and a yoga mat. Additional but not required for flexibility training which I've used are yoga blocks, a theraband and ankle weights.

Outdoor park workout using resistance bands - upper body, core & triceps

30 min mat pilates (Move With Nicole on Youtube)
Headstands practice 5 min
Middle splits & hip mobility stretches

15 min zoom glutes workout & 40 min front splits stretches
08:58 WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
30-40 min walking my dog
09:15 WEDNESDAY EVENING
25 min yoga pilates (Move with Nicole on Youtube)

09:46 THURSDAY MORNING
Toes & knees stretches (for dancer lines)
10:10 THURSDAY AFTERNOON
1hr walking my dog, headstands & handstand practice
10:41 THURSDAY EVENING
30 min pilates (Move with Nicole on Youtube)

11:07 FRIDAY MORNING
1 hr strength for cheststands stretches
11:57 FRIDAY EVENING
15 min HIIT circuit (cardio, glutes, upper body, core)
15 min handstands practice

15:38 SATURDAY MORNING
1 hr walking my dog & playing on the monkey bars
16:25 SATURDAY AFTERNOON
dancing while cleaning my room and vacuuming
(all forms of moving count as an exercise too right? :D)

16:46 SUNDAY MORNING
1 hr stretch and 10 min glutes workout
10-15min handstand and headstand practice

*note this week I didn't take any full rest days, I took a couple the next week :)*
