This is how I managed to beat the AOE3 Expert CPU in 10m 43s. This video was my response to a community challenge I set where I asked the community to beat the expert CPU as fast as possible. Shortly after I made this challenge, I changed the rules of the challenge so you only needed to kill the CPU's town centre and all it's houses.
