17 HMR Semi-auto Build Function Test

Right up until the time I decided to bite the bullet and make a semi-auto rifle in .17 HMR, I really didn't have any intention of doing so. My bolt action Mossberg 817 .17 HMR Rifle was good. But then YOLO took over, and here it is:
