What is the difference between a trial and a temptation? Trials reveal character, but temptations are to lure us to sin. When Jesus prayed, "Lead us not into temptation..." he was asking the Father to sustain us in our times of temptation. Yesterday, on June 26, 2015, a monumental decision was made by the Supreme Court here in the United States. How will we respond as Christians in this God-forsaken nation to such a trial and the temptation that comes with it to willingly accept what God has called detestable for the sake of unity?
