Cored and Rough Turned Nested Pecan Bowls
A nested set of bowls is an easy way to make a single sale three. Nested sets can be displayed as art as the grain is easily aligned to form a cool piece. But they can then be used as a matched serving set. So beautiful and useful. Plus if you market them right you can look at it as a premium item you can get more per bowl for or a way to increase the margin on a single item.
In this video we demonstrate how to rough out a bowl to prepare it for drying. An important step if you want a matched nested set.
