Can one person install a Watts Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) without a second set of hands? Today, we’re putting that to the test! We measured our home's water pressure at a staggering 80 psi, which can damage things plumbing-wise, so we need to get the pressure down to 55psi to prevent leaks and prevent premature plumbing system and valve wear!

In this video, Mary is filming my attempt to do a solo PRV installation on our main ¾” copper water line. We’ll show you the tools I use, the step-by-step process of prepping, and then cutting into, the line, and the “solo hacks” I use to get the job done without a helper.
