This is the fourth generation of the BMW X3, and the M50 xDrive model tested has 398 horsepower and 580 Nm. It's a mild hybrid, using a three-litre, six-cylinder in-line petrol engine with 381bhp and 540Nm of maximum torque and an electric motor.
