HOW IS UKRAINE BECOMING THE MOST CONVENIENT STATE IN THE WORLD?

Ukraine is showing one of the fastest rates of development of digital transformation in the world. For 2.5 years of work the Ministry of Digital Transformation has managed to achieve the following successes:

- launched Diya ー web portal of public online services and mobile application;
- introduced 12 digital documents;
- digitized 80 public services;
- for the first time in the world, a digital passport was equated to a paper one by legal force;
- Ukraine has officially declared itself a paperless state.
