NAIJAFAM | Season 1 | Ep. 8: "MANDEM TAKES LA"

In this video, we document our trip to LA for the beats brunch with some very close friends we consider our family. This trip was really fun and inspiring, always remember to build with your peers and know that you are more than enough. We felt heard, seen and recognized in this space it was truly incredible. Being from Dallas the scene for creatives is completely different, there is so much talent here but the only thing we have been missing is the infrastructure and spaces for us to fellowship. We are in the process of building that right now which is why it is important to do great work, be a solid person and build horizontally with your peers around the Globe. Once you realize and apply all of this you create space for the next generation to thrive and you become the person you needed when you were coming up. This trip was pivotal but there will be many more to come because there is a lot of work to be done.
