Hypersmooth issue Part 1 problem with Gopro Hero 9 and Hero 8 bad stabilization

The Hypersmooth on the 9 does not work properly.

As long as you move the Hero 9 the Hypersmooth is very good but
when you stop and the camera is not moved, the Hypersmooth turns off and the shot is shaky.
I tried it with version 1.22, 1.50 and 1.52. The result was always the same: slightly shaky shots.
With the H8, version 1.50 is correct.
With all higher versions Hypersmooth switched off when stopping.

At the beginning of the video you can hear another problem:
the crackling microphone.

Update 26.05.2021
The Replacement Hero 9 arrived.
The result was the same. There is NO improvement.
Tried different settings with firmware 1.50 and 1.52 each:
with and without BOOST, with and without horizonleveling.
The same with wide and linear.
The result was unfortunately disappointing.
That means the first Hero 9 I had was not broken.
