Something exciting happened A I'm getting to work with Oura and they sent me a ring. I'm genuinely curious to see what kind of patterns show up when it comes to sleep, recovery, stress, and energy, especially living with SPMS.
This isn't a paid post, and they didn't tell me what to say or how to talk about it. They simply gifted me the ring, and I'll be sharing my honest experience as I learn how the data lines up (or doesn't line up) with what MS feels like day to day.
One reason I'm especially excited: I used to wear my Garmin constantly, but with MS! started having skin sensitivity, muscle discomfort, and sensory issues wearing a watch 24/7... so a ring feels like a much better fit for me.
I'm really interested to see what this journey shows, and l'll take y'all along with me!
