This is proper public service broadcasting and should not be hidden in the iplayer labyrinth. The cellphone industry in particular has changed fundamentally since the rules on account identity and verification - so the ease with which an account can be hijacked and exploited is an eye opener... Three changed its process after Rip Off Britain took them to task, but it should never have necessary.
