Urban Decay Stoned Vibes Palette Review- Is it worth $54?

So background- I was never in a love affair with the original three Naked palettes- and really the first palette I liked was the Naked Heat (no longer have). The first LOVE from Urban Decay was the Born to Palette- they did pull me to the UD side with the Naked Honey and Naked Violet. I wanted this palette despite the ridiculous price tag because it's stunning.
