Looking for a zero clearance insert for the Evolution R255TBL table saw? In this video, I’ll show you my 3D-printed zero clearance plate design, how it’s assembled, installed, and tested directly on the saw.
Evolution did release their own throat plate, but with stock often hard to find, many woodworkers have been searching for an alternative solution. That’s why I designed my own insert – to improve cut quality, reduce tear-out, and give cleaner results when cutting sheet goods, hardwood, or composites.
