My parents were at a brief but moving ceremony which opened at Malacanang Palace at 11:00am Tuesday morning, February 27, 1945 where Gen.MacArthur and Sergio Osmena spoke regarding reestablishing the Phlippine seat of government. The camera pans the crowd and captured my parents for a brief few seconds.
